Enter our 2025 Dog Calendar Contest!
Would you like your dog to be featured in a very special Wild+Ruff charity calendar? Enter our inaugural calendar contest, and not only could your dog win a portrait session and a coveted spot in the Wild+Ruff x Second Chance calendar, but you will be helping to support the life-saving work of Second Chance Animal Sanctuary and Rescue
On April 1, 2024, we’re launching our 2025 calendar contest for a cause. The contest will run until May 1, 2024. Winners will be selected by popular vote (in other words, the 13 dogs with the most votes win a full page of the calendar).
The 2025 calendar will feature a cover dog (the grand winner) and 12 doggos of the month. Each winner will receive a free mini portrait session (value: $195) with Toronto dog photographer Val Howes, to create a portrait for the cover or a calendar page. Portraits will be captured in or near Toronto, from May through September.
Simply submit a photo and mini bio of your dog (submission fee is $5), then share your doggo’s special link and encourage your family and friends to vote for your pet’s picture. All proceeds from entry fees, votes and calendar sales will support Second Chance Animal Sanctuary and Rescue.
